These Terms govern your access to and use of the Sumptus Technologies LLC platform, apps, and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Organizations are responsible for the actions of their members. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting fraudulent expenses, falsifying verification responses, attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, or interfering with the platform’s operation or security.

3. Client verification

The Service contacts clients or counterparties to confirm meetings. You represent that you have a lawful basis to provide their contact details and to request confirmation, and that your use complies with applicable communications and privacy laws.

4. Plans, trials & payment

Paid plans are billed per the pricing presented at checkout. Prices, seat limits, and included features are defined by the plan you select.
Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.

5. Data & privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service, including processing expenses, generating scores, and producing audit records.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Disclaimers

The Service supports your compliance process; it does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice, and does not guarantee any regulatory outcome. The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumptus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
